The documentary "Round in the world" is not just an account of some boxers life, but also the story of how people make boxing their passion, their daily work, the weight control, their efforts to pay out their own rents. It is about the happiness coming from the feeling of practicing such a noble and ancient sport: confrontation between equals.
I took the photos of three combats, for the making of the pilot. If you want to find out more about the main characters -Serguei, Shin Chan y Rosa Rosario- feel free to visit the link from above written.

Shin Chan: “Thanks God I got into boxing. This opened my eyes. I discovered another way of life. I’m not on the streets anymore. I got away from delinquency and drugs.”

Serguei: “Boxing in Spain is a bit complicated. People rekons it’s a violent sport which enhances violence, but it’s actually the opposite.”

Rosa Rosario: “When you are on the ring you know there are people watching, but you don’t think about them. You just think about your opponent.”
